Wasn't That A Party?

After 2 years in the planning, our 30-year reunion is now complete! We had people from Edmonton, Calgary, B.C., Washington, California - and live audio links from classmates in Colorado Spings and Las Vegas. It truly was a weekend to remember.

Starting out Friday night at our old high school, now super sport learning centre, we had the privledge of the royal tour courtesy of our very own Ed Lubieniecki, and a visit from our special guests Joanne (Onofrychuk) and Clay Stepney. After this great ice breaker, Saturday evening began with live music from Helena Magerowski and Bruce Mohasey for our cocktail and dinner hour, followed by some good old rock and roll and assorted dance tunes that carried us well into the morning. By the time the cleaning crew turned up the lights at 2:00 AM, everyone was well acquainted and fulfilled after partying like it was 1980 again.

Special thanks go out to our reunion commitee who did a fabulolus job pulling everything together for the first time in two decades.

The site is totally secure and free to users, and there is no advertising permitted. A master list of FX 1980 grads and attendees has been uploaded to the site, along with yearbook photos, where available. This allows everyone to login, create their own password, enter personal information and set personal preferences. The names were scanned from the graduation program, and the pictures were scanned from the yearbook.

Every precaution was taken to ensure the highest level of accuracy. However, if you notice an incorrect name please notify the site administrator. On the other hand, if your name requires correction, or you would prefer a less formal name than the one used in the graduation program, feel free to edit your own name as required.

If you are in contact with anyone from our years at FX, please let them know about this site so we can include them in our fellowship. This site is available for renewing old friendships as well as planning high school reunions.
